Bring your smartphone with you.

Please note that only Android or iOS mobile phones are compatible with the application.

Make sure that the battery is sufficiently charged so it lasts for the whole duration of the experience (about 50 minutes).

Bring your own headphones (you will not be allowed to put your phone on loud/speaker mode).

What should I do once I’m there?

Please arrive about 10-15 minutes before the performance starts in order to allow enough time to get your application ready:

Open the ‘C-o-n-t-a-c-t’ app and enter your phone number. Enter your phone number and you will access our virtual waiting room. You will be asked to confirm that you are ready: press ‘I'm here’. You are now ready to enter the experience.

From then on, do not close the application. You can however lock your phone and put it away whilst you undergo the performance.

What if a technical problem occurs before the start of the performance?

Raise your hand, our stage manager will come to help you.

The performance has started and I can't see anything in the app.

It is possible that a technical problem is being resolved - in this case the session could be delayed by up to 5 minutes.

I am late!

Log onto the application, enter your phone number and you will access our virtual waiting room. You’ll automatically sync with the rest of the audience and be able to join the action.

Please be aware that around 10 minutes after the start of the show, the actors will have started to move from their beginning position… If you arrive too late, you might not find the group!

What about social distancing and other precautions?

Come with your own smartphone and your earphones / headphones.

The show complies with the safety and hygiene measures in place for businesses and the performing arts as set out by the government. This pedestrian performance is an outdoor promenade experience for small groups of up to 17 and adheres to strict social distancing between audience members.

You are required to wear a face covering pre-show during the set up with stage manager, and then this will be optional for audience members during the promenade show.

Thanks to the audio device, the show is invisible / silent to the passers-by.

There is no risk of crowding!

WHERE

How do I get to the meeting point?

All meeting points are located in London, easily accessible via public transport.

However, do not forget to keep yourself informed of all government sanitary guidelines on public transport, and allow enough time to get to the meeting point.

What if it rains?

In the event of rain, the performance will still go ahead. We invite you to bring an umbrella with you. The performance would only be cancelled if the weather was to be detrimental to the safety of our audience, cast and crew.
